My first memories of Jim were at our cottage on Twin Lakes where he would come to hang out with my cousin Mike. I was never old enough to be with them. After moving away and comming back on vactions I started hanging out with Bucket. I looked forward to seeing him every year. When I got my bike this year, I couldn't wait to pull up to Stubs to show him! I can't begin to imagine your loss knowing how much I miss him and love him. My Prayers are with you and your family always!! Love you Bucket!

DEAR JERRY, LINDA AND FAMILY, I DID NOT GET TO TALK TO YOU AND I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I CARED ABOUT JIM. AS YOU KNOW HE LIVED WITH US FOR AWHILE AND WAS OUR NEIGHBOR WHEN HE LIVED WITH LEONA. HE WENT TRUCKING WITH ME AND WE HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME TRAVELING ALL OVER THE PLACE. WE LOVED HIM LIKE ONE OF OUR OWN. I KNOW YOU KNOW HOW MUCH PEOPLE CARED ABOUT HIM AND HOW MUCH HE WILL BE MISSED-

GOD BE WITH YOU ALL, RON

I am not sure what to say, I know words can not take away the pain you feel in your heart....I am so very sorry for your loss. I have not been back up to the UP much since I moved away back home so it has been a long while since I seen Bucket.....we had met after my fiance Bill Nordang passed away......Buckey was there for me in so many ways, he was a great friend and someone who always could make me smile. He touched my heart and my life and I will never forget him. He truly was a wonderful man and the world will miss him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Ride free Bucket....we will miss you.
