Arzelie Ann Marley, 84, of Ontonagon MI, passed away at Golden Living Nursing Home in Florence, WI with family by her side. Arzelie was born October 25, 1932 in Ontonagon, MI, the daughter of the late Chauncey and Madeline(Leonard) Marley. Arzelie graduated in 1952 from Ontonagon High School. After Arzelie's parents passed she spent some time at Maple Manor in Ontonagon before moving to White Pine where she lived independently with the help of her loving sister, Patricia, and family where she spent every Sunday and all holidays. She was an active member in the community and at St. Jude's Catholic Church, where she never missed a church function. She also enjoyed attending all of the White Pine High School's sporting events with her friend, Mandy. She often could be seen riding her bike to the mall or walking around town. Arz attended the Adult Activity Center in White Pine and later at Copper Country Mental Health in Ontonagon where she really enjoyed being on the "work crew" where she washed and cleaned cars. Arzelie was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Rose Marie(Marley) Cayley(Hubert) of Fargo, ND, Patricia(Marley) Caramella of White Pine and brother, John Marley of Ontonagon. She is survived by her brother in law, Mario Caramella, sister-in-law, Jeannette Marley, sister-in-law, Lorraine Marley, nieces, Maria Caramella, Nicole Caramella(Shawn), nephews, Michael(Michelle) Caramella and Patrick Caramella, great nephews, Nick Dishaw and Orrin Parker, great nieces, Alissa, Anna, Emma and Sara Caramella and Kailey Barnes, and many other close nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Later in life, she moved to Golden Living Center in Florence, WI to be closer to her nieces and nephew. She participated in every single activity, especially bingo and the music! She was a big Packer fan and enjoyed cheering them on while watching the games on tv. She became a favorite of many of the workers and was especially close to Dana. We sincerely appreciate how well she was taken care of by the aides and nurses who cared for her. Arzelie was remarkable for knowing everyone's birthday and loved watching Shirley Temple movies and her favorite shows, Bonanza, Texas Walker and Castle.
