Bernard Walter Seid Sr.

 Bernard Walter Seid Sr. age  84 born March 8, 1932 to Gertrude (Walters) and Andrew Seid. He graduated from Rockland High School class of 1950. He enlisted in the U.S. Army. He went on to work for Ontonagon Telephone Company for 42 years until his retirement. He enjoyed working in the woods, love playing smear with his buddies.  He also love making wood and living on the farm. He was a country boy at heart. Bernard married Carol Foeller and they had four sons. He will be missed by all of us. 

 He is survived by his wife Carol(Foeller), three sons Bruce (Deb), Jeff of Ontonagon and Howard (Jackie) Seid of Rockland Michigan, one brother Theodore (Juanita) of Rockland, one sister-in-Lucy of Arizona, three grandchildren Andrew, Jennifer, and Karlie, also many nieces and nephews. 

 He was  preceded in death by his parents, Bernard's son Bernard Jr., brothers Bob, Don and Larry, sister-in-law's Virginia, Marjorie, in-laws Sylvia and Ted Foeller, Donna Cleary Ross and Jerry Cleary. 

 There will be no services until next summer when he will be buried at the Riverside Cemetery with his son Bernard Jr. 

 The Cane Funeral Home of Ontonagon isassisting the family with arrangements.
