Dear Cindy, Rick, and the rest of Sharon's family and friends,
It was quite an honor to take care of Sharon the moment she came to us in the Transplant ICU. Although we had to bother her so much, Sharon told us, "you gotta do what you gotta do." I admired her cooperation and attitude, as well as her wit and kindness. I am so sorry you had to go through all of this and I very much wish there was more we could have done. Please accept my sympathy. To Cindy, thank you for allowing us (and putting up with us!) to take care of your sister. Thank you and thank you, Rick, for being by her side. It is always wonderful when we see patients with such great support.
Blessings,
Monica, RN

Thank you Monica for your kind words and sympathies. I must first apologize for taking so long to thank you for thinking of us. The compassion we saw in you and the entire staff was amazing and we want to thank you for taking such good care of her while she was there. We couldn't have asked for a better team. You were so caring and gentle with her and she knew you were only doing your job. We truly appreciate your taking the time to make her final days as comfortable as possible. We miss her deeply. Sandy

Sharon stood up for our wedding in 1988 and really helped out preparing for it. She was an intelligent person whom I worked with for about 20 years at DCHS. Sharon was a perfectionist and it showed in everything she did. My husband, Tracy S., saw Sharon and Rick a lot when they shopped at Super One, as Tracy is the Grocery Manager there and would really enjoy seeing them. We will really miss you, Sharon. God bless you, Rick, and the Juopperi and Dasko families.

Thank you Tracy for your kind words and sympathies. First, I must apologize for taking so long to thank you for thinking of us. Getting ready for her service, we did run across pictures of her in your wedding party. She spoke of the two of you often and I am sure she was honored when you asked her to be by your side on one of the most important days of your life. Thank you for being her friend. We miss her deeply. Sandy
