Adeline A. Robl, 89 of Ewen, passed away May 12, 2015 at the Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital Long Term Care Unit. She was born November 9, 1925 in Ewen to the late Eino and Toini (Hendrickson) Anderson.

Adeline graduated from Ewen High School in 1943 and was employed in various places until 1944 when she married Roy Robl. They moved to Ewen in 1953 and operated a dairy farm on Fair Oaks Rd. Adeline enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing and being outdoors. She was also a lifetime member of the Ewen Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Eino and Toini; husband Roy; and sister Irene Brandt.

Adeline is survived by sons Robert (Nancy) and David (Linda), both of Ewen, and John (April) of Bruce Crossing; 4 granddaughters; 3 grandsons; 4 great-grandaughters and 3 great-grandsons.

A Memorial Service for Adeline will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 6 p.m. at the Cane Funeral Home in Bruce Crossing, with Pastor Ted Trudgeon officiating. The Cane Funeral Home – Bruce Crossing Chapel is assisting the family.
