Barbara A. Wolfe, 62 of Bergland, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood.

She was born on June 10, 1952 to Edwin and Margaret Schabow. Both precede her in death. On September 2, 1972, Barb married Louis A. Wolfe, Jr. Together they raised two sons in Bergland.

Barb worked for the Lake Gogebic Senior Center in Bergland for 26 years. She was a loving and wonderful caregiver to her many clients. She also loved to do crafts and make gifts for her friends and family.

Barb is survived by her sons James and Louis III (Erin); her very special granddaughter McKenna; sisters Diana (Paul) and Carol; brothers Warren, Joe and Butch (Sandy); mother-in-law Charlotte Wolfe; brother-in-law Kenneth (Deb) Wolfe; sisters-in-law Paula (Bill) Morrill, Kim (Jim) Mix and Nan (JP) Ayotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as very special friends.

In addition to her parents, Barb is preceded in death by her husband Louie; father-in-law Louis "Shorty" Wolfe; and sister-in-law Joyce Miller.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. Eastern at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bergland, with Father Antony Kalapura as Celebrant. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until the time of Mass. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bergland.
