Becky Jean Clinesmith, 75 years old, of Ontonagon, passed away on December 08, 2024 at her home residence with her husband by her side.

Becky was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Leonard and Helen (Bland) Cox on October 23, 1949. She went to school in Caro, Michigan and married Devere Clinesmith on May 21, 1977. Devere and Becky moved to Ontonagon, Michigan in 1989.  Becky worked as a florist for over 20 years and loved working at the Flower Garden of Ontonagon until her retirement. Becky enjoyed cooking for her family and community, baking, scrapbooking and gardening in her spare time.

Becky is survived by her husband Devere Clinesmith, her oldest son Jason Clinesmith, daughter in law Shannon (Tucker) Clinesmith and her beloved three grandchildren, Karson, Kaelyn and Korbin Clinesmith.

Becky is preceded in death by her daughter April Clinesmith, youngest son Curtis Clinesmith, and all other family members including her parents, Leonard and Helen, brothers Dennis and Garry Cox, and sister Sandy Robinson.

Celebration of Becky's life will follow in the Spring of 2025.  Burial will occur at the Holy Family Cemetery and arrangements are being made by Cane Funeral Home.
