Beverly M. Menzemer 83 of Ontonagon passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.

Beverly was born June 28, 1926 in Platteville, WI daughter of the late Virgil & Bess Wilkinson. She married Irven Menzemer on April 1948 in Galena, IL.

Bev worked at the Ontonagon Memorial Hospital's Long Term Care Facility for many years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, craftwork and socializing with friends along with bowling and camping in her younger years. Her love and devotion to her family will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Vernon Wilkinson and her husband Irven.

Bev is survived by her son David (Wendy) of Ontonagon, grandson Jarrid (Pam) of Maple Grove, MN and David (Jeana) of Buffalo, MN, great grandchildren Cody, Brianna, Max and Luke Menzemer.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 12th at 2 p.m. at the Riverside Cemetery in Ontonagon. Following the service, a celebration of Bev's life will be held at the VFW in Ontonagon.
