Charlotte (Bowers) Paulson 81 of Ontonagon passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI of a massive heart attack.

She was born October 6, 1926 in Marenisco, MI to Vern & Lurenda Bowers. Charlotte attended the Ontonagon High School.

She is survived by her daughters Renda (William) McCormick of Sheboygan, WI & Charmaine Paulson of California, son Rudy (Kathryn) Paulson of Franklin, WI, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph W. Paulson on January 11, 1971, parents, 2 brothers Russell and Ernest Bowers, 3 sisters Gert Heiskinen, Verne Wiedenbeck and June Falco, one great grandchild Gabriel Quinn McCormick & nephew Ernest Heiskinen.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2008 1 p.m. at the Cane Funeral Home in Ontonagon with Father Anthony Lukose officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Family Cemetery in Ontonagon. Friends may call at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the start of the service.
