Connie Louise Roberts, 65 of Greenland, MI passed away unexpectedly on December 7th, 2024 at UP Heath System Marquette. She was born in Antigo, WI to Earl and Emily Wegner on May 28, 1959. She went to school in Antigo, WI. She married Jim Roberts on July 4th, 1999 in Merrill, WI. She graduated from Antigo High School.

She worked as a bookkeeper at Pats Foods in Ontonagon, MI. Connie had a green thumb, she loved her flowers and plants. She enjoyed many adventures like hiking, camping and anything she could do with her husband, children, grandchildren and best friend. She loved her three dogs. My mama had a heart of gold, she loved whole heartily and lived her life to the fullest.

Connie is survived by her husband Jim Roberts; her daughters and sons - Tenille (Luke) Rathke - Wausau, WI, Casey Brown - Wausau, WI, Mary Ashley (Brian) Anttila - Greenland, MI, and River Nelson - Greenland, MI; sisters Amy Myers - Merrill, WI and Beth Wegner - Iron River, MI, and brother Tommy Wegner - WI. She had 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. And her chosen children Danny and Doug Kin, plus her best friend Jamie Dull. All will miss her dearly.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Emily, her daughter Heather, her son baby John, her sisters Janet and Cathie, and her brother Eddie Myers.

"In our hearts, you will always stay, loved and remembered every day. Your legacy lives on in the love and values you instilled in us." We will forever love you! Per Connie's wishes she was cremated.

A memorial service for Connie will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Greenland Community Church in Greenland, MI at 1 p.m. Friends may call at the church 1 hour prior  to the start of the service.
