David "Dave" LeGault, 55, of Ontonagon MI, passed away at home unexpectedly on January 6, 2014.

Dave was born in Ontonagon to Norman and Marie LeGault on September 22, 1958, and attended Ontonagon Jr. /Sr. High. He left school early to join the Navy, during which time he earned his GED. He married his first wife Jackalyn (Austinson), in Ontonagon on June 2, 1984 soon after leaving the military. He married his current wife, Jayne (Nordine) on July 21, 2012, also in Ontonagon.

At his time of passing, Dave worked as an office manager and job supervisor at Inland Systems Inc., where he has worked since 1984. Aside from his job, he was also a dedicated family man who enjoyed lake fishing, bowling, hunting, softball, dirtball, and sharing laughs with good friends. He also raced street stock cars in Greenland, MI.

Dave is survived by his wife Jayne, daughters Danielle, and Jamie, brothers Thomas (Cindy) and Daniel (Susan), sisters Cathy (Raymond) and Donna (Tom), his parents, grandchild Kingston Savage, who was his pride and joy, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Dave is preceded in death by his first wife Jackalyn, and a nephew Dustin Hale, both of Ontonagon.
