On Wednesday, June 11, 2008 Debbie Myrblom with her family by her side was called home to be with the Lord.

She was born to William and Darlene Dorvinen on July 3, 1957. Debbie was united in marriage to Jerry Myrblom, her partner and best friend on March 31, 2001. They enjoyed camping, hiking and had a strong spiritual faith.

Debbie's proudest accomplishments were her three children, Renee (Carlo), Jason (Nicollette) and Abbie, step-son Josh and 2 beautiful granddaughters Madyson and Miley.

Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friends. She retired from Ontonagon County MSU Extension as the 4-H Program Associate in 2005. Throughout her life, Debbie worked as a waitress and nursing assistant. She was a member of the Redeemer Free Lutheran Church. Debbie also enjoyed skiing, rock climbing and spending time with her family and friends.

Along with her husband, children and grandchildren, Debbie is survived by her father Bill (Shirley), brother Gary (Martha) and sister Susie.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother Darlene and her grandparents. Funeral services will take place on Monday, June 16th 1 p.m. at the Redeemer Free Lutheran Church in Ontonagon, Reverend James Harvey officiating. Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Ontonagon. In lue of flowers, donations may be made to the Ontonagon Cancer Association, 743 Scovia Ave. Ontonagon, MI 49953.
