Elizabeth (Toots) Westman passed away at the age of 85 on October 19, 2024 at the Baraga County Memorial Hospital in L'Anse.

She was born on October 27, 1938 to Claude & Elizabeth Gray in Park Falls, WI. When she was twelve years old, they moved to Ontonagon. She graduated from Ontonagon Area High School. She worked at Wager's Cafe, where she met and married the love of her life, John Westman. They made their home in Ontonagon and lived happily, until his death in 2009.

She enjoyed crafting and cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and she really enjoyed her grandkids.

She is survived by her children; Kathy, Sheri Paul Massie), Shawn and her sister Deloris from California; Three grandkids, Emily, Tyler (Michelle)Walters and Shawn; one great grandchild Miles, and numerous nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband John, grandchildren Matthew, Eric & Kortnie, both her parents, stepfather Harold Henry, her in-laws and her sister-in-law and husband.

At the request of the deceased there will be no service.

A private burial will take place at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Ontonagon.
