Fay Lucille (Hemming) Moore, 81 of Panama City, Fl. passed away on Tuesday morning, November 8, 2016.  Mrs. Moore was born in Bruce Crossing, MI on June 11, 1935 to Onni Albert Hemming and Hilma Marie (Onka) Hemming.  While working for Michigan Bell in Detroit she traveled to Key West, FL to visit her brother Wendell and his family.  While there she met and later married her husband, James (Jim) Coval Moore.  Fay and Jim traveled to and lived at many duty stations during his Navy career, including Key West, Virginia Beach, Charleston, Jackson, Scotland, France and Cuba.  She moved to Panama City from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in 1968 where they raised their three boys. Fay and Jim loved traveling all over the world. Jim and Fay attended several Navy reunions and enjoyed visits to Europe, Guam and Hawaii with and visiting there children.

Fay was the youngest of nine with 7 brothers and one sister.  She is survived by her sons James Coval ( Jim & Cathy) Moore II of Peachtree City GA.  Christopher Scott (Chris & Tammy) Moore of Panama City, William Brian (Brian & Amanda) Moore of Chipley, FL. Seven grandchildren, Jake, Trey, Rachel, Stephen, Hannah, Jordan and Lindsy.  She is also survived by her brother Vernon Hemming of Bruce Crossing, MI, sister-in-law Marilyn Hemming of Bruce Crossing, MI and brother-in-law- Charles Terrence (Terry & Pat) Moore of Prescott AZ.  Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by her oldest son, Stephen Albert Moore.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00pm at the Cane Funeral Home in Bruce Crossing. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Bruce Crossing, MI  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your church or house of worship.  God's peace be with you all!
