Freddie "Sam Hawk" Scott passed away Saturday, April 18, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, WI.

He was born on June 19, 1937 in the Lac Vieux Desert Indian Village near Watersmeet, MI to the late Benjamin Scott Sr. & Anne (McGeshick) Scott.

Freddie was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jimmy Scott and Marvin Scott, sisters Evelyn Scott, Juanita Scott McGeshick, Marion Scott McGeshick and Annabelle Scott and great-granddaughter Jayden Rae-ann Williams-Olds.

He is survived by his daughters Sandra Olds, Melissa Scott, Amy Gorshe & Sheila Scott, grandson Mike (Lori) Olds, great-grandsons Bryan & Jaydee Olds, great-granddaughter Aubree Olds, brother Ben (Donna) Scott, sister Charolette (Gene) Diekhoff, special friends Susan McGeshick, Robert Pete & Ed Ison and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

Visitation will take place Monday, April 20th at the Cane Funeral Home-Bruce Crossing Chapel, Bruce Crossing, MI from 9 am to Noon CST. A Feast will be held on Tuesday, April 21st at Noon CST at the Lac Vieux Desert Spiritual Center in Watersmeet, MI.
