Georgia A. Hemming, age 99, of Bruce Crossing passed away peacefully on July 29, 2023.

She is survived by her son Ward (Rizalina), daughter Becky, Grandchildren: Shelley (Ed), Kent (Sierra), Koren (Derek), Ronald (Carlota), Richard (Laura), Mariza (Roberto); 12 Great-grandchildren and 4 Great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vernon, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 sons-in-law, 1 grandson, 1 great-granddaughter and numerous other relatives.

Her life revolved around her faith in God with a desire to share that with everyone, and her love for family and friends. She loved gardening, canning, board games and Yahtzee.

A service for Georgia will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church with Pastor Tim Johnson officiating on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 1 P.M. ET. A light lunch will follow at the church, after the interment at the Maple Grove Cemetery.
