Geraldine Ellen Wilson passed away February 18, 2025, at Bayside Village in L'Anse, Michigan, she was 82. She was born July 11, 1942, in Ontonagon to the late Al and Elizabeth (Betty) LaDuke. Geraldine graduated from Ontonagon High School in 1960. She was always proud of being a Polar Bear.

Gerri enjoyed crocheting, other arts and crafts, baking cookies for and with her grandchildren, and cooking for others. She was an active member of Assembly of God Lutheran Church in Ontonagon, Michigan. She lived by her faith as a testament. She read her bible completely, over 30 times. When in need she used her scripture to get her through her day.

Preceding Gerri in death are her parents Al and Betty LaDuke, her son George Buzzo, her daughter Denise Davidson, her husband's Billie Buzzo and Phil Wilson; her grandsons Finley Padden and Jeremy Funke. Her siblings Joyce, Thomas, David, Pete, Joe, Freddy, Joan [Dolly], Jimmy and David LaDuke; sisters-in-law Corney LaDuke, Birdie LaDuke and Mary Buzzo; brothers-in-law Burt Buzzo and David Bishop; in-laws Albert and Myrtle Buzzo, and Signey and Frank Buck.

Gerri is survived by her companion Rudy Ahola, sons John (Colleen) Buzzo, Billie Buzzo, daughters Deanne (Robert) Hill, stepchildren Kim (Pete) Funke, Robert (Tiki) Wilson and Phil Wilson Jr., and son-in-law Kevin Davidson. Gerri also leaves 21 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; sister-in-law Susan Roberts; brother-in-law Tom (Mary) Buzzo; brother Pat (Judy) LaDuke, sister Jennifer Bishop; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be a service at the Northiron Church in Ontonagon, Michigan on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm to include a luncheon.
