Jamler E. Ahola 89 of Mass City passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his home.

He was born August 28, 1925 to Alex and Lempi Ahola at Wainola, MI.  Jalmer was preceded in death by his parents and brothers William, Raymond and Eino.

He is survived by a brother Davis of Mass City, sisters Shirley Hardy of Abilene, TX, Ruth (Tony) Whitener of Lincolnton, NC and Dorothy (William) Johnson of Twin Lakes, MI as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. March 27, 2015 at the Cane Funeral Home in Ontonagon.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service.  Spring burial will be in the Rousseau Cemetery.
