Jeanne A. Campbell 79 of Ontonagon passed away Thursday evening September 28, 2006 at her daughter Julie's residence in Madison, WI.

She was born January 4, 1927 in Chicago, IL Daughter of the late Ann and Eugene Fox.

Jeanne trained as a nurse at St. Mary's Nursing School in Milwaukee, WI. She worked as a nurse in many cities such as Milwaukee, Dallas, and Indianapolis. Jeanne retired while working at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI.

She is survived by her husband Roy and their children LuAnne, Patrick, Julie, Colleen, Douglas, Michael, Beth, and their respective families. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Patrick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 5th at 11:30 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Ontonagon, Father Anthony Lukose officiating. Friends may call at Cane Funeral Home Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. and Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Holy Family Cemetery.
