Jerry Plutchak, of Greenland, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 23 at his home. He was 64 years old.

Jerry was born in Ontonagon, Michigan to Miles and Evelyn Plutchak. He attended Ontonagon Area High School. On December 13, 1975, he married Karen Koon in Mass City, Michigan. He worked most of his life, as a mechanic, at his family business Plutchak Brothers, in Mass City.

Jerry is survived by his wife Karen (Koon) Plutchak, Children; Shannon (Mike) Anttila, Kimberly Hicks, Jeremy (Kelly) Plutchak and David Plutchak, Grandchildren; Deserae, Brianna, Kayla, Karine, Hannah, Chelsey, Trevor, Anna, Hailey, Willow and Gracie, Great Grandchildren; Jayden, Kaylee and Colton.

As a result of his family owned business which operated in Mass City for over 50 years, he was blessed with many wonderful friends for which he was extremely grateful.

Jerry was preceded in death by is parents Miles and Evelyn Plutchak, brother Peter Plutchak and daughter Heather Anderson.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no service or visitation.
