Joan E. Kosey died peacefully at Bayside Village in L'Anse, Michigan on September 10, 2010. She was born on 07-02-1936 in Ontonagon, Michigan, daughter of Paul and Bernice Kosey.

She was preceded in death by her father Paul Kosey, brother Ron Kosey and grandparents Louis and Ethel Weisinger.

She is survived by her mother Bernice Kosey, sister Pauline Wesander, sister-in-law Patricia Kosey and numerous nephews and nieces and their families.

Joan was a loving and caring person who will be missed by all.

At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or funeral services. A gravside service will take place on September 25th at 11 a.m. at the Riverside Cemetery in Ontonagon followed by a fellowship luncheon at 26285 W State Highway M64 Ontonagon, MI.

The Cane Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
