Joseph Jackson Jr., "Gii Ah Saa Gii Shick," 61, of Watersmeet, Mich., passed away March 16, 2015, at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

He was born August 18, 1953 in Milwaukee to Joseph Sr. and Grace (White) Jackson.

Joseph enjoyed shopping, dancing, telling jokes and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his father, Joseph Jackson Sr.; children, Jason Jackson, Corrine McGeshick, Heather McGeshick, Benjamin McGeshick, Joseph Jackson III, Brandon Jackson, Farrah Jackson and Courtney Jackson; grandchildren, Tia, Jason, Francis, Kyan, Anthony, Genevieve, Megan, Mathilda, Howard, Anthony, Sadie, Austin, Kitana, Donovan, Shania, Ellana, Danika, Gracie Rose, Ebony, Unique, Elianna, Layla, Landon, Lucille and Damian; great-grandson Carter; and sisters, Julia Jackson and Patricia Jackson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his mother, Grace Jackson.

A Feast will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at 6 p.m. central time at the Lac Vieux Desert Recreation Center. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, March 20, 2015, at 10 a.m. central time, also at the Recreation Center. Burial will follow in the Old Village.
