Laura Jean Manderson 45 of White Pine, MI went home to be with the Lord at her home on Sunday, October 12, 2008.

She was born in Chicago, IL on October 14, 1962 to George T. and Catherine L. Manderson.

Laura was a bank teller most of her career. She enjoyed spending time with people and was a witness for Christ and a testimony of his love for others. She had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing in church, playing in a Christian band and visiting people in nursing homes and long term care. She taught Sunday school with her mom and was always eager to know, serve and love the lord.

Laura is survived by her parents, sister Elaine, brothers George (Beverly) and David (Susan), nephews Ernesto, Eric and George, niece Nichol and many cousins, one aunt and one uncle.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 18th at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bergland, Pastor Edward Wright officiating. Friends may call at the church 1 hour prior to the service.
