Marvin Scott, Sr. 70 of Watersmeet, MI passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Northstar Health System Hospital in Iron River, MI.

He was born on March 2, 1943 in Phelps, WI to the late Benjamin, Sr. and Annie (McGeshick) Scott.

Marvin is survived by his children Todd Scott, Sophia Scott, Marvin Scott, Jr., Kimberly Krenz, Daniel Scott, Manda Kashich, Kevin C. Scott, Sr. and Anthony Scott, grandchildren Zach, Sylvia & Kahisha Scott, Sarah Cintron, Angelica, Brittany & Alexis Quinones, Destiny & Breanna Scott, Leviathan Scott, Joseph Kashich, Dianna Kashich, Randall Kashich II and Kevin C. Scott, Jr., siblings Fred Scott, Charlotte Diekhoff and Benjamin Scott, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dianna, sisters Juanita & Marion and brother Clement.

Friends and family are invited to gather Sunday, December 22nd at 7 p.m. CST for a visitation at the Lac Vieux Desert Recreation Center in Watersmeet, MI. Funeral services will take place Monday at Noon CST at the Spiritual Building. Spring burial will take place at the Watersmeet Cemetery.
