Mary Therese (Corbeil) Gilmer, 64 of Ontonagon passed away on February 18, 2016 in Ontonagon.

She was born January 10, 1952 in Ontonagon to Roy and Theresa (Ross) Corbeil. She graduated from OAHS with the class of 1970 and married Robert F. Gilmer of Bergland. She was an EMT in Bergland for 15 years and has worked at the Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital for 30 years. Mary loved to bake and cook for family and friends. Going to the casino was another fun adventure she enjoyed.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; brother LeRoy; and sister Yvonne (Lambie) Jolliff.

She is survived by her husband Robert; children Christopher (Heather Flynn) Gilmer of Austin, MN and James (Kim Guzek) Gilmer of Howell, MI; and four fabulous grandkids: Cole and Mackenzie Gilmer and Payton and Jessica Gilmer.

Funeral Services for Mary will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 4 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Ontonagon. Visitation will begin at 2 pm and continue until the time of service. Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery in the spring.
