Melvin Dale Jolliff, age 73, of Rockland, MI  passed away April 24, 2017 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI.

Mel was born August 22, 1943 in Detroit, MI to George and Sylvia (Luoma) Jolliff.  Mel married the former Darlene Pattison on February 19, 1966 and has two children, Staci Bengogullari of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Kory (Beth) Jolliff of Mass City, Michigan.  He also has 7 grandchildren, 4 boys and 3 girls.

Visitation will take place Friday, April 28, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Mass City, MI from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.  A  Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Pastor Jay Welshonse officiating.  Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Greenland, MI
