Nicholas Clifford Yakovich, 29, of Ontonagon, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2015 in Adrian, MI.

Nicky was born in Ontonagon to Sue Picotte and Dennis Gougeon on January 11, 1986. He was adopted by Paul Yakovich when he married Sue in 1988. He went to school in Ontonagon and he enjoyed spending time playing video games.

Nicky is survived by his sister Bridgette Yakovich, Abbotsford, WI, father Paul Yakovich, Ontonagon, MI, Grandparents Thomas and Beverly Picotte, Ontonagon, MI, Aunty Lori Picotte Silver, Ontonagon, MI, Uncle Clifford (Renee) Picotte, Ontonagon, MI, Uncle Billy (Carol) Yakovich, Ontonagon, MI, Uncle Pat (Roxanne) Yakovich, Rockland, MI, along with numerous cousins.

Nicky is preceded in death by his mother Sue Picotte and birth father Dennis Gougeon.

Cremation has taken place. There will no funeral service.

Nicky was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
