Tammy J. Worachek 52 of Ewen passed away unexpectedly at her home Thursday, June 30, 2016.

She was born July 17, 1963 in Fort Hood, TX to Sam & Sylvia Sain. Tammy graduated from Ewen-Trout Creek High School with the class of 1981. On May 28, 1983 she was united in marriage to Gary Worachek.

Tammy worked as a cook at many area restaurants and bars. She was an EMT for several years with the SONCO Ambulance Service. Tammy was also an Avon Rep. for many years in the area. In her free time she loved to go camping with her family.

Tammy is survived by her husband Gary, daughter Ashley (Jon), son Joshua, granddaughter Braylynn, parents Sam & Sylvia, sister Tina (John) Brandt, brother  Todd (Crissy) Sain, as well as several nieces, nephews aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Harold & Ellen Sain & uncle Kenny Sain.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 7th at 1 p.m. at the Cane Funeral Home-Bruce Crossing Chapel. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
