William E. Perttu, 68 of Bruce Crossing, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital.

He was born August 15, 1954 in Wakefield, MI to the late Arvo & Mildred (Saukkooja) Perttu.

William was preceded in death by his parents as well as several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his brother Jim, son Darren, daughter Nicole, grandchildren Arvo, James and Evan, several aunts and many cousins.

A service will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Cane Funeral Home - Bruce Crossing Chapel. Pastor Ted Trudgeon will officiate with visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm.

A luncheon will be held at Twilley's in Bruce Crossing, following the service.

Internment for William will be held on May 26, 2023 at 1pm at the Hillside Cemetery in Bruce Crossing,

Cane Funeral Home-Bruce Crossing Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
