Daniel "Boone" McGeshick

Daniel “Boone”  McGeshick, Jr. 82 of Watersmeet, MI  passed away Friday, October 6, 2023 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI.

He was born on February 4, 1941 to Daniel, Sr. & Josephine McGeshick. Daniel worked at Powell’s & Peterson’s Lumber Mills in Watersmeet. He also worked at the Lac Vieux Desert casino.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Tanya Jean McGeshick, granddaughter Heather Johnson,  siblings Archie, Helen, Richard, Jenette & Lucille McGeshick.

He is survived by siblings Ruth Antone, Beatrice Bailey, Thomas McGeshick & Joyce Hazen McGeshick.

A gathering will take place Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Boys & Girls Club in Watersmeet beginning at 6 pm Central Time. Funeral Services will take place on Monday at 10 a.m. Central Time.

The Cane Funeral Home-Bruce Crossing Chapel is assisting the family.
