James Michael Negro, 63, of Ontonagon passed away on December 15, 2019 at his home.
James was born in Iron Mountain to James Peter and Shirley Ann Negro on November 6, 1956. He graduated from Ontonagon High School and worked as a welder all his life.
Jim lived to hunt, fish, camp and party. He was a very kind soul who would do anything for anyone.
Jim was preceded by his parents, Jim and Shirley.
He is survived by his sons, James Max (Nyla) Negro, and Michael Jay Negro; Grandchildren, Alexis, Kaila, Elizabeth, Sara, Michael and James; and his brothers and sisters, Kay (Jim) Latvis, John Negro, Lynn Process, Jackie (Kevin) Ernest, Donnie (Rachel) Negro, Dana (John) Beard, Jamie (Tim) Trotter; and many step brothers and sisters.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 18th, at the VFW in Ontonagon at 3pm. If you're interested in bringing a dish, or helping out, please contact Jackie Ernest at 906-883-3437
