She was known for her smile, witty antics and her laugh, crazy hats and glasses and was always up for an adventure. Jan enjoyed dressing up for Halloween and having a good time. She was known to be up for any game whether it be Scrabble (her fave), Trivial Pursuit, cribbage or the grandkids' favorite, the penny game (Michigan Tripoly). She enjoyed crossword puzzles until her disease took it from her. She worked for many years at Maple Manor where she was known as “the afternoon boss” until she decided to go trucking with Bobby who was an over the road trucker. She was known as “mom” to all of her kids’ friends and many more.
