Jeannette Miller 90, long time resident of Ontonagon, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2019 in Mahtomedi, MN with family by her side.
She was born November 10, 1928 in Ontonagon, MI to William and Mary (Smydra) LaBrie, graduated from the Ontonagon High School in 1946, and was married to William Miller who passed away in 1996.
Jeannette was involved with the Booster Club, and the Altar Guild at the Holy Family Catholic Church. Throughout the years she worked at several local businesses in Ontonagon.
She enjoyed watching game shows, doing word puzzles, listening to the Jan Tucker show and going to the girls basketball games. Over the years she had several small dogs who she liked to spoil.
Survived by sons Bill (Wendy), Gary (Mari), David (SunHui), Walter (Martha) daughters Diane Dupie, Mary Tyrrell (Wayne), 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Jeannette is proceeded in death by her mother and father, husband, 7 brothers and 5 sisters, son-in-law John Dupie, and granddaughter Amber.
A funeral service will take place on August 14, 2021 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Ontonagon, with visitation at 11:00am, service at 12:00pm followed by the burial at Holy Family Cemetery afterwards.
