Thomas John Black, 65, formerly of Ontonagon, passed away Thursday, November 26th, 2020 in Wakefield.
Tom was born to the late Marvin and Janet (Falk) on August 6th, 1955 in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. Tom attended Oconto Falls High School graduating with the class of 1973.
During his lifetime he enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers. He retired after working for over 25 years as a paper maker from the Smurfit-Stone Container paper mill in Ontonagon.
He is survived by his children, Jessica (Tom) Banse of Ontonagon (MI), Jason (Marianna) Black of Ontonagon (MI), and Joshua Black of Cincinnati (OH). Two grandchildren Sierra Banse and Landon Black. His extended family Sue (Mel) Loppnow, Dan (Kate) Black, Dane (Jennifer) Black, and James (Wanda) Black.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents and brother Timothy.
Due to Covid-19, no funeral services are planned at this time. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
Cane Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
