Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of John Brunton. I first met John some years ago at his fathers funeral. His father (Claire) spoke often of John and was very proud of his accomplishments. I felt like I had known John for some time when I met him. I am saddened of hearing of John's passing. GOD bless the family of John Brunton.

We were so shocked and sorry to hear of John's passing. He and Kenny spoke at the church on Saturday, and he was in fine spirits. Please know you are in our hearts and on our minds.

I have only known John for a few years but everytime I had the pleasure of being around John he made me feel as though we knew each other forever. I loved to hear his stories about the steam engines, old tractors, his family, and his history of life in Mass City. He was always so proud of his family and his community. I always looked forward to taking snowmobile trips to Mass because I knew John would have some project that would take a day of hanging out at the house and lots of talk time. Lisa and I are so thankful that we were able to attend Harold and Dianna's wedding and to see John beaming from ear to ear as he got to share his love of steam engines with so many friends and family as he gave rides, blew the whistle, shared stories, and steamed corn on the cob with grandson Johnathon. Ada and family our hearts go out to you. John was definitely one of the best and we are very saddened for your loss.

Dear Ada & family
Thinking about all of you and keeping you guys in my prayers. I am so deeply sorry to hear the news of John. I have fond memories of him when I would go to my grandparents farm in Mass City . He used to give us kids hay rides and he always had a kind and gentle smile to share with everyone he knew. He will be deeply missed and all the things he did over the years to make a difference in the community. He will never be forgotten. RIP John .
