Since I learned of John's passing, I find myself thinking of him and his family and how much I will all miss him. I am comforted because I am one of the lucky ones whose life was touched by this very special man. I join you and the many others who will miss him, but I remain grateful still for having known him. God's speed

Jesus promised: "All those in the memorial tombs (graves) will hear his voice and come out." John 5:28,29
When Lazarus died, Jesus called out with a loud voice: "Lazarus, come out!"
John 11:43,44
When we pray the Lord's Prayer, we pray for God's Kingdom to come. In that Kingdom, the Scriptures say that Jesus will once again call out with a loud voice to our dead loved ones: "COME OUT!" John 11:21-25
When Lazarus died, Jesus called out with a loud voice: "Lazarus, come out!"
