My wife Janice and I visited Margaret in her nursing home in Michigan a short time ago. I hadn't seen her since my baptism at St. Clement's Church in Chicago in 1939. She was my God mother, chosen by my mother Anne Hallman who has passed on. Most importantly she sent me birthday greetings continually over the years and prayed for me. We showed her some family pictures and conversed as much as we could. I will miss my last living connection to my mother. She was a wonderful woman.

Thank you, Carol. Having you as a neighbor all those years ago was much appreciated by my mother and the rest of our family.

Sorry to hear this. She was a dear sweet person. My Mom worked with her at Dr. Lahti's office and at the hospital too. May she rest in peace after all her years of service to others. Sincerely, Gwen (Heinske) Krym

so sorry for your loss, sending prayers and heartfelt condolences for the family. great lady. I remember the times my mom and your mom got together and reorganized the hospital and staff, "figure of speech". they had great times talking and reviewing all they had seen, done or were doing. HUGS FOR ALL from a shirttail relation somewhere in the family. hahaha
